- 5 slices turkey breast
Preparing this recipe
- Cut the tomato into small pieces. Finely chop the nuts. Cut the avocado flesh into pieces.
- Mash the avocado in a bowl with a fork until crumbly. Mix in the tomato and nuts. Season with salt and pepper.
- Spread the avocado mixture over the slices of turkey breast and roll them up.
