Ingredients
- ½ cucumber
- 5 sun-dried tomatoes
- 2 ½ ounce cottage cheese, 4% milkfat (70 g)
Preparing this recipe
- Use a (vegetable) peeler to cut the cucumber lengthwise into thin slices. Pat the slices dry with paper towels.
- Finely chop the sun-dried tomatoes and mix them with the cottage cheese in a small bowl. Season with pepper and salt.
- Spoon a teaspoon of the cottage cheese mixture onto the end of each cucumber slice.
- Roll up the slices. Optionally, secure them with a cocktail pick and serve on a plate.
