  • 4 apricots, dried
  • 1 tablespoon chili sauce (15 ml)
  • ½ tablespoon olive oil (8 ml)
  • 1 ounce raisins (28 g)

Preparing this recipe

  1. Shred the chicken into small pieces. Cut the apricots into small pieces. 
  2. Mix the chili sauce, oil, apricots, and raisins with the shredded chicken. Season with salt and pepper.
