Ingredients

  • 10 cherry tomatoes
  • 2 ounces mozzarella, low-moisture part skim (56 g)
  • ½ avocado
  • 1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar (5 ml)

Preparing this recipe

  1. Halve the cherry tomatoes. Cut the mozzarella and avocado into cubes. Mix them together in a bowl.  
  2. Drizzle the tomato and avocado caprese with vinegar and season with salt and pepper.
