  • ½ cucumber
  • 6 tablespoons cottage cheese, 4% milkfat (86 g)
  • 4 tablespoons grated cheese (21 g)
  • 2 teaspoons oregano, dried (4 g)

Preparing this recipe

  1. Cut the cucumber into pieces about 1.5 inches long. Use a teaspoon to remove the seeds from the cucumber pieces. Pat the hollowed-out sections dry with a paper towel.
  2. In a small bowl, mix the cottage cheese, grated cheese, oregano and some freshly ground pepper.
  3. Using a teaspoon, spoon the filling into the hollowed-out cucumber pieces and press it down firmly.
