Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 2 slices bread, whole wheat
  • 1 banana
  • 1 apple
  • ¾ cup blueberries (frozen) (124 g)

Preparing this recipe

  1. Place the eggs in a pot of cold water, bring to a boil, cover, and let simmer for 9-12 minutes.
  2. While the eggs are cooking, toast the bread until golden brown.
  3. Chop the banana and apple into small pieces and mix them with the blueberries in a bowl.
  4. After the eggs have finished cooking, drain the hot water and run the eggs under cold water until they are cool to the touch.
  5. Peel the hard-boiled eggs and slice them in half. Arrange the egg halves on a plate, along with the toast and fruit salad
