Ingredients
- ½ cucumber
- 2 slices cheese
- 5 slices turkey breast
- 2 tablespoons hummus (40 g)
Preparing this recipe
- Use a (vegetable) peeler to shave thin slices from the cucumber lengthwise. Pat the slices dry with paper towels.
- Cut the cheese and turkey breast into thin strips.
- Spread hummus on the cucumber slices. Distribute the cheese and turkey breast lengthwise on top. Season with pepper and salt.
- Roll up the cucumber slices and optionally secure them with a toothpick.
