Cucumber roll-ups with hummus, cheese & turkey breast

Ingredients

  • ½ cucumber
  • 2 slices cheese
  • 5 slices turkey breast
  • 2 tablespoons hummus (40 g)

Preparing this recipe

  1. Use a (vegetable) peeler to shave thin slices from the cucumber lengthwise. Pat the slices dry with paper towels.
  2. Cut the cheese and turkey breast into thin strips.
  3. Spread hummus on the cucumber slices. Distribute the cheese and turkey breast lengthwise on top. Season with pepper and salt.
  4. Roll up the cucumber slices and optionally secure them with a toothpick.
