Ingredients
- 3 ounces edamame (84 g)
- ½ avocado
- 1 tomato
- 1 pinch ground cumin (1 g)
- ½ tablespoon olive oil (8 ml)
Preparing this recipe
- Rinse the beans in a colander with cold water. Cut the avocado flesh into cubes. Slice the tomato into wedges.
- Mix the edamame beans with the avocado, tomato, cumin powder and oil in a small bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
