Ingredients
- 1 tomato
- 2 ounces cottage cheese, 4% milkfat (56 g)
- 1 ounce raisins (28 g)
- 3 slices turkey breast
Preparing this recipe
- Dice the tomato into small cubes.
- In a bowl, mix the cottage cheese with the tomato, raisins, pepper and salt to taste. Spread the mixture over the turkey slices and roll them up. Serve the turkey roll-ups on a plate.
