  • 1 tomato
  • 2 ounces cottage cheese, 4% milkfat (56 g)
  • 1 ounce raisins (28 g)
  • 3 slices turkey breast

Preparing this recipe

  1. Dice the tomato into small cubes.
  2. In a bowl, mix the cottage cheese with the tomato, raisins, pepper and salt to taste. Spread the mixture over the turkey slices and roll them up. Serve the turkey roll-ups on a plate.
