  • 4 tablespoons cottage cheese, 4% milkfat (57 g)
  • 1 tomato
  • ½ cucumber
  • 2 slices ham

Preparing this recipe

  1. Place the cottage cheese in a serving dish.
  2. Slice the tomato and cucumber and arrange them on top of the cottage cheese.
  3. Slice the ham into bite-sized pieces and add it on top of the veggies.
  4. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Serve and enjoy your delicious and healthy snack!
