  • ½ avocado
  • 2 ounces cottage cheese, 4% milkfat (56 g)
  • 3 slices turkey breast
  • 1 pinch paprika (ground spice) (1 g)

Preparing this recipe

  1. Slice the avocado flesh into long strips.
  2. Spread the cottage cheese over the turkey slices. Season with paprika and some pepper and salt to taste. Distribute the avocado over them and roll up the slices.
