Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 pinch paprika (ground spice) (1 g)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil (15 ml)
  • 3 ounces diced ham (84 g)
  • 1 tomato
  • 2 slices bread, whole wheat

Preparing this recipe

  1. Beat the eggs in a bowl and season with pepper and paprika powder.
  2. Heat the oil in a frying pan and cook the ham for 1 minute.
  3. Meanwhile, cut the tomato into pieces and add to the ham. Sauté briefly.
  4. Finally, pour the egg mixture over everything and cook until it forms a nice omelet.
  5. Serve with the (toasted) bread.
