  • ½ cucumber
  • 2 pickles
  • 3 olives
  • 5 ounces tuna, in water (140 g)
  • 2 tablespoons yogurt, nonfat (30 ml)
  • 1 teaspoon yellow mustard (7 g)

Preparing this recipe

  1. Cut the cucumber into sticks and dice the pickles and olives.
  2. Drain the tuna and mix it in a bowl with the yogurt, olives, mustard and pickles. Season with some pepper and salt.
  3. Use the tuna salad as a dip for the cucumber sticks.
