  • ½ cucumber
  • 2 tablespoons pesto (30 g)
  • 5 slices turkey breast

Preparing this recipe

  1. Use a (vegetable) slicer to shave 5 long slices from the cucumber lengthwise. Pat the slices dry with paper towels. Spread pesto on one side of the slices.
  2. Cut the turkey breast slices into strips.
  3. Cover the cucumber in its entire length with the turkey breast. Roll up the cucumber ribbons and optionally secure them with a cocktail pick to keep the cucumber roll-ups together.
