  • 5 ounces tuna, in water (140 g)
  • 1 scallion
  • 1 tablespoon yogurt, nonfat (15 ml)
  • 1 teaspoon yellow mustard (7 g)
  • 1 teaspoon honey (7 g)
  • 1 ounce raisins (28 g)
  • 1 apple

Preparing this recipe

  1. Drain the tuna well. Slice the scallion into thin rings.
  2. In a small bowl, combine the tuna with the yogurt, scallion, mustard, honey, and raisins. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Slice the apple and remove the core.
  4. Top the apple slices with the tuna salad and serve.
