Ingredients

  • 3 ounces edamame (84 g)
  • 3 ounces grilled chicken strips (84 g)
  • 1 slice ginger
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil (15 ml)
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce (15 ml)
  • 1 teaspoon honey (7 g)
  • 1 ounce mixed nuts, unsalted (28 g)

Preparing this recipe

  1. Heat the edamame according to package instructions, then drain well.
  2. Slice the grilled chicken into bite-sized pieces. Grate the ginger.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together the oil, soy sauce, ginger, and honey. Season with black pepper.
  4. In a bowl, combine the edamame, chicken, and nuts. Pour over the dressing and toss to coat.
