Ingredients
- 1 tomato
- 1 ounce mixed nuts, unsalted (28 g)
- ½ avocado
- 5 slices turkey breast
Preparing this recipe
- Dice the tomato into small pieces. Finely chop the nuts. Dice the avocado flesh.
- Mash the avocado in a bowl with a fork until it becomes a coarse mixture. Mix in the tomato and nuts. Season with pepper and salt.
- Spread the avocado mixture over the slices of turkey fillet and roll them up.
