Ingredients

  • 1 tomato
  • 1 ounce mixed nuts, unsalted (28 g)
  • ½ avocado
  • 5 slices turkey breast

Preparing this recipe

  1. Dice the tomato into small pieces. Finely chop the nuts. Dice the avocado flesh.
  2. Mash the avocado in a bowl with a fork until it becomes a coarse mixture. Mix in the tomato and nuts. Season with pepper and salt.
  3. Spread the avocado mixture over the slices of turkey fillet and roll them up.
