Ingredients

  • 1 ½ tablespoon mayonnaise (23 ml)
  • ½ teaspoon Sriracha sauce (3 ml)
  • 2 pickles
  • 2 slices bread, whole wheat
  • 1 slice cheese

Preparing this recipe

  1. In a small bowl, mix the mayonnaise with the Sriracha.
  2. Slice the pickles.
  3. Spread the spicy mayonnaise on one slice of bread. Then, layer the cheese and pickles on top. Season with pepper and salt. Place the other slice of bread on top.
  4. Cut the sandwich in half and serve on a plate.
