  • 20 grapes
  • 3 tablespoons cottage cheese, 4% milkfat (43 g)
  • 2 slices bread, whole wheat
  • 4 slices turkey breast

Preparing this recipe

  1. Halve half of the grapes.  
  2. Spread the cottage cheese on the bread and season with salt and pepper to taste. Loosely arrange the turkey breast and halved grapes on top. Serve the remaining grapes on the side.

1. Garnish the bread with turkey breast with fresh chives.
2. It's delicious to mix a tablespoon of fresh lemon juice and some lemon zest into the cottage cheese.
