Ingredients
- 3 ounces shrimp (frozen) (84 g)
- ½ cucumber
- 1 bell pepper
- ½ avocado
- ¼ red onion
- 1 ½ tablespoon olive oil (23 ml)
- 1 teaspoon paprika (ground spice) (2 g)
- 1 pinch chili powder (1 g)
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise (15 ml)
- 1 handful mixed salad (30 g)
Preparing this recipe
- Allow the shrimp to thaw for a moment.
- Dice the cucumber and bell pepper. Slice the avocado. Cut the onion into half rings.
- Heat the oil in a pan and add the shrimp with half of the paprika powder and some chili powder. Cook the shrimp until done, about 2 to 3 minutes.
- Meanwhile, prepare a dressing with mayonnaise, the remaining paprika powder and some chili powder.
- In a bowl, arrange the lettuce, cucumber, bell pepper, avocado and onion. Place the shrimp on top. Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve the salad with the dressing.
